Working on A Project Means;
When I work in a project, first I understand the scope accurately, I organize my team, I set up communication channels, I make standards and procedures that projects members follow, and then I think about risk to make sure I am prepared well. Then, maybe I can sleep at night, and be awake at mornings. If I do not, I will sleep on the chair during the morning, and my bed will miss me much, because I will be fighting fires and working on crisis.
