Cascading The Objectives
Upon conducting strategic planning and making strategic themes we start cascading the objectives down to departments, and people. We link people’s objectives to the objectives stated in the themes, and to measure peoples’ performance, we specify KPIs. We link development and reward with meeting the objectives.
