MBA - Tip # 16

The Road of Being a strategy-focused organization

I analyze the external and internal environment to formulate objectives as express them as strategic themes which becomes projects with scope, communication, risk, and people. I translate the customer perspective of the theme to marketing objectives, the internal process to select the critical process to improve it, and I use IT if it helps improving the process. Performance measurement to helps me to measure performance against targets, continually improve to achieve them. If we do this, then we are on the road to be a strategy-focused organization.
